✨Join Us at The Centre for ADHD
Research and Excellence: Shaping the Future of Accessible Healthcare✨

At Care ADHD Under 18’s services (part of The Centre for
ADHD Research & Excellence), we’re revolutionising Neurodevelopmental care
by making assessments and treatment more accessible for everyone.

With an established Adult Pathway already in place, we were
excited to extend our services to Children and Young People (CYP) in early 2026.
With a mission rooted in compassion, we’re building a service that puts
children and young people at the heart of everything we do.

We have an ongoing commitment to a person-centred approach,
guided by lean methodology and a focus on innovation and continuous
improvement. Together, these principles drive our pursuit of excellence and
ensure that every individual receives the highest standard of care.

💫What we are looking for?

We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Full-Time
CYP ADHD Prescriber
to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity
to join an expanding service right at the start of its development - with the
security of an already successful and rapidly scaling adult service behind it.

We’re a passionate team of changemakers, committed to a
culture built on transparency, support, and continuous growth. We are solution
seekers, and we work hard to safeguard the respectful and supportive culture
that makes The Centre for ADHD Research & Excellence (Care ADHD) a great
place to grow and thrive.

If you're ready to contribute to a mission that transforms Neurodevelopmental
care, we want to hear from you!

😎What You’ll Be Doing:

Respond to Clinical Enquiries:

  • Prioritise
and manage clinical enquiries from healthcare professionals, Under 18
clinicians, CYPs and their guardians, providing timely, evidence-based
advice on medication management, treatment options, and drug interactions.

appropriate and safe, escalating complex or high-risk cases, through MDTs
    and Senior Leaders.

Support ADHD Treatment Pathway:

  • Provide

maintenance treatment, responding to queries, monitoring for adverse
effects, and ensuring timely intervention when concerns arise.

Respond to Operational Clinical Enquiries:

  • Support
the wider Under 18s team across Client Success and Clinical Care Hub, by
responding to operational clinical queries that impact patient progression
through the care pathway, working collaboratively to ensure seamless and
    timely care.

Prescription Management:

  • Issue
ongoing prescriptions for children and young people who remain under the
care of the Care ADHDs under 18s service, including those for whom shared
care has been declined. Ensure prescribing aligns with individual

guardians, and clinicians, and offering clear, evidence-based advice and
    follow-up.
  • Triage:
Reviewing and prioritising medication requests to ensure they are
    clinically safe and appropriate.
  • Documentation:
Recording all clinical information within our patient records and clear
communication of plans and outcomes to Children, Young People, their
families and wider professionals. Use radar system to document concerns
    and incidents.
  • Managing
risk and safeguarding: Escalate concerns to wider team including senior
colleagues and attend MDTs to discuss complex presentations.

opportunities to contribute to wider projects, such as refining our clinical
pathways or supporting new initiatives within the service. This role is a great
fit for people who are comfortable with structured, process-driven work, but
also want to be part of a team that’s growing and adapting to meet the needs of
the people we serve. Ours is a fast-paced environment, focused on continuous
