Location: Bowling Green, KY

Cannon Automotive Solutions, a division of Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for a Cycle Counter in our Bowling Green, Kentucky Facility. The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining inputs and control of all inventory material . The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cold stamping, be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Summary of Responsibilities:

• Accurately processes, inputs and maintains control of all inventory material activity at all Morton storage and off-site supplier facilities.
• Monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels
• Reconciling stock counts to computer reports
• Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
• Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records
• Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs
• Compile, distribute file necessary documents
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Should possess strong calculative and analytical skill sets
• Ability and effectiveness to manage time to meet required deadlines
• High level of data accuracy

Preferred Requirements

• College level diploma or equivalent education and work experience
• Visual and/or CMS ERP Experience
