Monday-Friday (weekends/overtime as needed)
Starting Rate $17.00
The Cycle Counter is responsible for performing scheduled cycle counts and verifying the accuracy of inventory records. This role plays a key part in maintaining database accuracy, investigating discrepancies, and collaborating with other departments for any needed resolutions.

Summary of Job Duties
- Perform cycle counts and inventory verifications.
- Assist Materials Management and other departments with resolving discrepancies and preventing future errors.
- Update and maintain inventory records, making adjustments as necessary.
- Verify that inventory control processes are followed; report inaccuracies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Complete accurate manual and electronic documentation.

Work Environment
This position operates in both office and manufacturing environments. Work performed in an office setting with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. Exposure to manufacturing and warehouse settings, which includes environment that is non-climate controlled and moderate to loud noise levels that require associates to wear hearing protection. Fast-paced team environment with interruptions and ongoing problem solving.
Physical Demands
Regular use of office equipment. Frequent standing, walking, pushing, pulling, grasping and repetitive motion. Occasional climbing, stooping, & crouching. Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. Ability to use small hand and power tools. Ability to wear all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

QualificationsRequired Skills
- Familiarity with inventory control processes, Production Reporting, Receiving, and Shipping, preferred.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and resourceful with problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in reading, writing and understanding English; bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
Education & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in cycle counting or inventory control, preferred.
- Prior shipping and receiving experience preferred.
- Forklift experience preferred.
Work Authorization/ Security Clearance
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
