Cycle Counter
PURPOSE
The purpose of the Material Handler position is to perform tasks to ensure all work instructions related to the fulfillment of customer orders are followed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Adherence to all department work instructions
Ensure respective area is compliant with 5S standards
Process all tasks associated with established customer order fulfillment standards as distributed by management
Execute basic to advanced work flow tasks on established WMS/ERP SMC systems
Report product location discrepancies to management
Report all inventory discrepancies to management
Proficiency in essential job functions for Material Handler according to the Job Function Performance metrics
Strong attention to detail
Adherence to all safety rules
Adherence to all Quality Management system standards and policies
Ability to meet established productivity and quality standards

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
Physical demands require the person to regularly stand, walk, and use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms.
The person is frequently required to lift 25 pounds or greater, climb or balance, stoop or kneel, crouch or crawl.
Must be able to effectively communicate with command of the English language.
The work environment will expose employee to the following elements: Noise, Heat, Cold, Dust.
Must be able to drive for long periods of time if the position requires that you drive a Powered Industrial Truck.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a warehouse environment desirable
Pass Accuracy Test prior to employment
Ability to work well in a team environment
Detail oriented
Ability to effectively communicate
Must pass basic to advance skill level testing as indicated on the evolving Performance Metric
Basic computer and RF Scanner skills preferred
Must have a valid driver’s license if the position requires that you drive a Powered Industrial Truck
Must pass a written exam and driving evaluation for operation of Motorized Industrial Transporters if the position requires that you drive a Powered Industrial Truck
