Job Description

ADACOM is seeking a passionate and skilled Cyber Security Solutions Engineer to join our Security Team. This is a unique opportunity to work hands-on with modern cybersecurity technologies across endpoint, identity, cloud, and privileged access domains

In this role, you will play a key part in designing, implementing, and supporting cybersecurity solutions for a wide variety of enterprise environments. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver secure, scalable, and effective solutions that align with organizational goals and compliance standards.

The position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to grow beyond a single security specialty. This role offers deep exposure to modern security technologies and complex customer challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and support cybersecurity solutions across Endpoint Security, Identity Security, Cloud Security, and Privileged Access Management (PAM), aligning with industry best practices and customer requirements.
  • Operate and optimize security platforms across hybrid environments, ensuring effective integration, policy enforcement, and risk mitigation.
  • Maintain and expand internal knowledge bases with deployment guides, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices across supported security domains.
  • Deliver client projects end-to-end—gathering requirements, developing designs, executing implementations, and ensuring high-quality technical outcomes.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for solution deployments, configurations, and operational processes to support knowledge transfer and long-term maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across multi-domain security environments, collaborating with internal teams and external partners as needed to resolve incidents.
  • Identify areas for security improvement through assessments and client interactions, contributing to technical proposals and strategic security planning.
  • Stay current with emerging threats, technologies, and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to continuously enhance security services and capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience.)
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience working with cybersecurity solutions in at least one of the following domains: Endpoint Security, Identity Security, Cloud Security, or Privileged Access Management.
  • Experience supporting or delivering security solutions in enterprise environments, particularly within hybrid or cloud-integrated infrastructures.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, including threat prevention, detection, access control, and incident response.
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, including security-related configuration and hardening.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-grade security platforms (e.g., identity governance, endpoint protection suites, cloud security posture management, vulnerability management tools, mobile device management tools).
  • Strong communication skills in both Greek and English, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with a methodical approach to resolving complex issues.
  • Ability to create clear documentation and explain technical concepts to various stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and project managers.
