The Global Cybersecurity Benchmarking and Services Excellence Associate Manager role will focus on project coordination and execution. This role will be responsible for maintaining the Cybersecurity Service Catalog, along with collecting and analyzing benchmarking data across Cybersecurity. Within Services, the candidate will work across teams to collect and maintain the Services Catalog including KPIs, feedback loops, costing and other required documents.

Cybersecurity plays a critical role in the secure delivery of digital products by multiple functions of PepsiCo across Strategy and Transformation and the business. In order to provide Cybersecurity services that meet the growing demands of our internal customers, Cybersecurity must evolve its services to be more efficient and agile as well as flex to the various development methodologies used by our partners. Additionally, Cybersecurity must ensure the products it leverages continue to meet the needs of the function and clearly define roadmaps to stay ahead of the threat environment.


Responsibilities

  • The Associate Specialist will ensure efficacy of capabilities and services of the Cybersecurity organization through supporting the delivery of services delivery model, annual program benchmarking, internal capability assessment, and formulation and delivery of formal strategic plans and roadmap to evolve cybersecurity services
    • Participate in the development, maintenance, and sustainment of the Cybersecurity service catalog and process repository
      • Conduct regular assessments and audits of services, identifying areas for improvement and driving corrective actions
      • Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify underlying opportunities and develop strategies to address them
      • Foster a culture of service excellence throughout the organization, promoting a customer-centric, value driven processes mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Top of Form
  • Assist in collection for Cybersecurity benchmarking activities with internal and external assessments
    • Collect and develop library of benchmarking assets to help develop process to re-use quickly and document what’s been put together in the past
    • Support Risk Performance Management team in work-in take and development of requirements.
  • Assist in development of metrics including SLA’s and KPI’s for all Cybersecurity services


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in CyberSecurity, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or other STEM equivalent required, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively build trust and interact with all levels of Cybersecurity organization
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive decision-making and process improvement
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across multiple organizations, sectors, and teams
  • Self-starter who demonstrates leadership skills and takes initiative
  • Understanding of the implications for doing business in a complex global environment
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to react to high pressure and dynamic changing environments
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences including executive management and leaders outside of the information technology organization
    • Strong decision-making capabilities, grounded in a risk-based approach, with a proven ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and lead the team to the most appropriate decision

Compensation and Benefits:
• The expected starting compensation range for this position is 278,800 PLN annually.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
• This role is eligible for an annual bonus of 15% of annual salary, based on performance and eligibility.
