Job Title: Cybersecurity Risk Manager
Location: Namur, Belgium (Hybrid – primarily on-site)
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Risk Manager to support a major cybersecurity and NIS2 compliance transformation program. The role focuses on leading cybersecurity risk management activities, conducting operational risk assessments, and ensuring alignment between governance, technical teams, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and perform cybersecurity risk assessments across IT, OT, infrastructure, and critical business services
Translate cybersecurity roadmaps and NIS2 requirements into operational risk management activities
Maintain and update cybersecurity risk registers, including impact analysis and residual risk evaluation
Prioritize risks and define appropriate mitigation and treatment plans
Act as the interface between cybersecurity governance and operational IT teams
Monitor remediation actions and provide reporting on cybersecurity risks and compliance progress
Produce risk analysis reports, dashboards, decision-support documents, and audit evidence
Support NIS2 compliance initiatives and cybersecurity audit preparation
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operational teams to ensure effective risk management practices
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or related field
Strong experience in cybersecurity risk management and governance
Solid understanding of IT and operational environments, including systems, networks, identities, cloud, and critical services
Knowledge of cybersecurity risk frameworks and methodologies (ISO 27005, EBIOS, or equivalent)
Familiarity with NIS2 requirements and cybersecurity compliance standards
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
Languages
French: Native or fluent proficiency required
English: Nice to have
Additional Information
Full-time assignment primarily based on-site in Namur
Occasional travel within Wallonia may be required
Standard daytime working schedule
