Job Description

Division: CISO

As part of Euroclear’s Cybersecurity Risk and Governance team within the CISO division, you will play a key role in securing the development and maintenance of our critical infrastructure. Your mission is to help embed cybersecurity controls across IT projects and services, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This is a dynamic role that blends risk assessment, governance, and collaboration across technical and business teams.

Your role

  • Conduct and support security risk assessments for applications and infrastructure.
  • Translate security requirements into actionable controls across IT projects.
  • Contribute to policy compliance checks and coordinate remediation efforts.
  • Maintain and update Technical Security Baselines and control documentation.
  • Coordinate periodic security reviews and recertification activities.
  • Support the Security Exception Review Board (SERB) by preparing and managing documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including IT, architects, project leads, and risk teams.

Your profile

  • 4–6 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on IT risk, governance, or compliance.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and DORA.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management, secure software development, and vulnerability management.
  • Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Excel, and basic security testing platforms.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or ISO 27005 are a plus.
