Position Summary: Provides support for day-to-day administration of identified cybersecurity platforms (e.g., EDR, SIEM). Assists with user account management, system monitoring, patching, and updating service components under the guidance of senior administrators. Helps troubleshoot and resolve service issues and maintain service documentation.
Education: An associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other related technical discipline is preferred. An additional year of specialized experience may be substituted for the required education.
General Experience: Two (2) years of experience in a computer-related field.
Specialized Experience: At least one (1) year of experience administering multi-user, shared processor systems and data communications networks.

The base salary range provided is not adjusted for geographic differences associated with where the work is being performed. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, candidate’s experience and education/training, internal peer equity, and market and business considerations.
