YOUR ROLE

Our professionals enable our clients to effectively evaluate and treat cyber risks, redesign Cybersecurity operating models, modernize digital identity capabilities, lead programs to drive security culture change and transform security and compliance regimes to make them efficient, effective, sustainable and resilient.

As a (Senior) Manager in the business, you will be part of a diverse team and help shaping the cybersecurity capabilities of a wide array of clients and industries.

Key tasks for this role include:

Leading cybersecurity projects

  • Work with clients to assess their cybersecurity needs, design practical solutions aligned with business objectives, and support the development and implementation of security strategies, frameworks, and policies to improve resilience
  • Oversee risk assessments and security reviews, ensuring quality and providing expert guidance to validate vulnerabilities, recommendations, and resulting cybersecurity roadmaps
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that combine business, technology, and regulatory perspectives
  • Ensure the delivery of high quality work that meets client expectations while acting as a trusted advisor to executive level stakeholders such as CIOs and CISOs

Business Development

  • Support growth of the Cybersecurity capability within Enterprise Transformation through thought leadership and client development
  • Identify cybersecurity opportunities within existing engagements
  • Collaborate on proposals showcasing Capgemini Invent's cybersecurity expertise
  • Build strong relationships with client decision-makers to understand challenges and propose solutions

Network and Knowledge Management

  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including industry experts and technology partners
  • Participate in industry events and contribute to cybersecurity thought leadership
  • Share expertise and best practices through internal knowledge bases and content creation

YOUR PROFILE

  • 4–10 years of experience in IT consulting, with a focus on cybersecurity and risk, combined with a proven track record of delivering or managing projects in cybersecurity or IT risk-related areas
  • Proven experience and understanding of regulatory compliance and industry standards (NIS2, CRA, DORA, AI Act, ISO27001, SOC2,…)
  • Experience in conducting maturity assessments, risk management framework or regulatory compliance audits related to information security
  • Strong project management skills in line with industry standards (recognized certifications like PRINCE2, PMP are a plus)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong business acumen and sharp client facing communication/interpersonal skills
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fluent in English and at least French or Dutch
