Cybersecurity Managed Services Senior Manager (Service Delivery Management)

You will lead the evolution of PwC’s Cyber Managed Services capability by shaping service models, scaling delivery, improvingqualityand ensuring our offeringsremainrelevant,modernand operationally effective. You will work across cyber tower leads, delivery organizations,alliancesand regional stakeholders to translate strategy into repeatable, market-ready services that can be delivered consistently across clients and geographies.

Your future role:

• Lead the design, build and continuous improvement of scalable Cyber Managed Services operating models,

• Drive standardization of service components, governance, servicemanagementand quality controls,

• Build repeatable transition and onboarding approaches ensuring stable operations and continuous improvement,

• Shape delivery models balancing global and regional capabilities, automation,talentand tooling,

• Collaborate with solution,salesand alliance teams to ensure offerings are both commerciallyviableand deliverable at scale,

• Improve service performance through KPI/SLA governance, issueresolutionand service optimization,

• Identifymodernization opportunitiesleveragingautomation,AIand platform integration,

• Coach delivery leaders and strengthen internal capabilities,

• Support major pursuits byvalidatingdelivery feasibility and operating models,

• Deliver measurable improvements in service quality,stabilityand operational efficiency across managed-service engagements,

• Increase standardization and reusability of services through defined frameworks,acceleratorsand automation,

• Ensure consistent achievement of service KPIs and SLAs across clients and geographies,

• Improve onboarding timelines and transition success rates for new managed-service engagements,

• Drive continuous service improvement through structured governance, performancetrackingand issue resolution.

Apply if you have:

• Proven experience building andoperatingCyber Managed Services at scale,

• Strong knowledge of managed-service operating models, governance,transitionand service improvement practices,

• Experience in cyber domains such as SOC, MDR, vulnerability management,identityor cloud security,

• Ability to industrialize services and create repeatable delivery components,

• Understanding of the interplay between people, processes,technologyand commercial viability,

• Experience leading cross-functional teams (delivery, engineering, service management, operations),

• Ability tooperatein complex international environments,

• Strong communicationand leadership skills in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience scaling managed cyber services within consulting, MSSP or enterprise environments,

• Experience transforming delivery into standardized operating models,

• Exposure tocross-border delivery models across CEE / EMEA.
