MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cybersecurity Liaison to join our team in Eglin AFB, supporting a critical Air Force program. You will leverage your strong technical background and cybersecurity knowledge to serve as a vital link between engineering teams and senior stakeholders, enabling swift system accreditations and ensuring robust mission defense.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with management, internal teams, and Air Force authorities to successfully navigate the system accreditation process.
  • Coordinating and interpreting required Body of Evidence (BOE) documentation to align engineering outputs with compliance mandates.
  • Documenting responses to required security controls and maintaining a robust library of technical and architectural diagrams.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to ensure routine vulnerability scanning is conducted across all program networks.
  • Supporting system baselines, configuration management items, and security event monitoring policies across stakeholders.
  • Facilitating communication between all program stakeholders to ensure complete and functioning systems that meet Air Force mission requirements.
  • Recommending and implementing cybersecurity process and policy improvements to optimize program velocity.
  • Self-starter with excellent people skills who can seamlessly work across teams, organize boards, and drive positive organizational change.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline from an accredited college or university. 2 additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree.
  • At least 4 years direct/related experience
  • DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT), Level II or higher

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have a current/active Secret Clearance
  • Must be willing and able to obtain and maintain a DoD TS/SCI-eligible clearance (i.e. DCID 6/4 eligibility)
  • Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information
  • Willingness to submit to a Polygraph if required.

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.”
  • Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
