As the Site Cybersecurity Leader, you will serve as the trusted authority for cybersecurity at the San Martín site. You will lead the development and execution of the site cybersecurity action plan, build cybersecurity capabilities, and foster a culture of awareness. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to protect Industrial Control Systems and ensure operational resilience against cybersecurity threats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively lead the development, enrollment, and execution of the site cybersecurity action plan aligned with the digital master plan.
  • Build site cybersecurity capabilities and create a sustainable culture of cybersecurity awareness unique to the site.
  • Participate actively in the CSL Community of Practices to share and apply best practices, enhancing the site cybersecurity plan.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for site information security incident response and coordinate response activities with relevant teams.
  • Lead site governance, risk, and compliance activities related to cybersecurity, including managing the MAGICS IT Digital System Toolkit execution.

Job Qualifications

Hard Skills:

  • Experience protecting Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and SCADA systems.
  • Knowledge of the five critical controls as per SANS Institute.
  • Ability to execute cybersecurity action plans, including network security, firewall management, and zero trust principles.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and ability to influence others.
  • Effective communication skills to explain complex cybersecurity concepts in a business context.
  • Adaptability and quick learning in a digital ecosystem.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Certifications such as Global Industrial Cybersecurity Professional (GICSP) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or willingness to obtain within 3 years.
  • Hands-on experience with NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) implementation.
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles such as SOC Analyst, Security Architecture, Forensics, or Risk Analysis.
