The opportunity
An opportunity to build out a team of technical specialist in our journey to a leading Digital AI enterprise. You will design, recruit, and lead a team of technical cybersecurity specialist to help our Grid Integration scale at speed in a secure manner. This role will also serve as a leadership role within the GI Cybersecurity program and have significant input and oversight in how the program grows and operates with maturity. You will support the GI Cybersecurity Leader in managing multiple facets of the program including establishing a service catalog, building interfaces into IT and other functions, documenting program process and developing management reporting. How you’ll make an impact
Build and maintain effective cybersecurity services to support the business
Ensure management awareness of key risks and operations performance through effective reporting
Support GI Cybersecurity Leader in leading and advancing the program

Your background
Experience in building and leading a global team of SMEs
Strong Process Design and Operations experience
Sound risk management judgement related to cybersecurity in complex environments
Experience directly supporting leadership planning and reporting
