Dear Aspirant!

We empower our people to stay resilient and relevant in a constantly changing world. We’re looking for people who are always searching for creative ways to grow and learn. People who want to make a real impact, now and in the future. Does that sound like you? Then it seems like you’d make a great addition to our vibrant international team.

We are looking for: Cybersecurity Expert - AI in Grid Software

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Secure AI deployment design: Design security principles and guardrails for local AI model and harness deployments, both for internal software development tooling and for control-center AI-enabled software.
  • AI risk profiling: Apply frameworks such as MITRE ATLAS and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework to profile and prioritize AI-specific risks across the portfolio.
  • Adversarial ML defense: Design guardrails against model-specific attacks — data poisoning, prompt injection, and model evasion/inversion — for AI systems used in product development and in shipped products.
  • Data governance for AI pipelines: Ensure data pipelines comply with data governance regulations (e.g. EU AI Act), that PII is anonymized before training, and that training data integrity is verifiable.
  • Agentic security: Define security protocols for autonomous AI agents that generate code, run scripts, or trigger API calls — including API scoping, human-in-the-loop approval gates, and activity logging — across different deployment secure zones and their contexts.

Use your skills to move the world forward!

  • Bachelor’s degree / masters in CS.
  • At least 8 years of cybersecurity experience, including having led security assessments in production environments
  • Hands-on experience applying AI security frameworks (e.g. MITRE ATLAS, NIST AI RMF) to conduct risk profiling
  • Demonstrated experience designing defenses against adversarial ML attacks (data poisoning, prompt injection, model evasion/inversion)
  • Experience with data supply chain and privacy governance for AI pipelines (e.g. EU AI Act compliance, PII anonymization, training data integrity verification)
  • Experience designing security protocols for agentic/multi-agent AI systems (API scoping, human-in-the-loop approval gates, activity logging)
  • Nice to have: Consequence-driven Cyber-informed Engineering (CCE)
  • Secure MLOps, AI-assisted code verification
  • AI risk governance, API security.
