We are in search of talented Cybersecurity Engineers to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to safeguard information systems and enable secure operations.

Requirements

Role Responsibilities

• Performing security testing, including penetration tests, to uncover weaknesses, create threat models, and assess risks.
• To also implement security tools and automate testing within CI/CD pipelines.
• In addition to responding to security incidents, educate developers on secure coding practices and ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security best practices are followed.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
• Perform continuous monitoring of security systems and assist in incident response activities.
• Analyze current cybersecurity systems and recommend improvements and modifications to enhance security measures.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports on findings, procedures, and recommendations.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to other junior cybersecurity engineers in the team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• at least 3 years of experience with incident detection, incident response, and forensics, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks
• Experience with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and anti-virus software.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+CEH, or CLSSP are highly desirable
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Eligibility Criteria for IMDA-CLT Program

Trainees eligible for the CLT must minimally be:

• Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR).
• Able to commit to completing the full training program.
• Able to meet the hiring requirements of the companies.
