We're looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to join Implement IT and take a leading role in how we build, maintain, and mature our security posture across endpoints, identity, and infrastructure.
What you'll do
This is a hands-on engineering role. You'll work across the full security stack – from endpoint hardening and identity controls to monitoring and incident response – in a Microsoft 365, Azure, macOS, and Jamf environment.
In this role, you'll own:
Endpoint security and management
Identity and access
Security monitoring and response
Vulnerability and compliance
Server and infrastructure security
Across all of this, you'll translate security requirements into technical controls – not just keep the lights on, but execute on the security roadmap and document what you build.
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone with solid hands-on experience in IT security within a Microsoft 365 and Azure environment, as well as macOS and Jamf. You're curious by nature, take initiative, and are as comfortable working independently as you are collaborating with the broader IT team.
Since our corporate language is English, fluency in written and spoken English is a given – but for this role, you must also be fluent in Danish.
What we offer
You'll join a skilled and tight-knit IT team with a strong focus on security, in an organisation that values autonomy, ambition, and genuine collaboration.
At Implement, there are few rules and guidelines – and that's on purpose. We're a firm that takes both people and craft seriously. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape something that genuinely matters to how Implement operates.
