Could you be the full-time Cybersecurity Project/Program Manager in Saint Bruno we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your cybersecurity expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the cybersecurity of our projects and functions, helping to deploy our cybersecurity referential and building awareness across the organization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across engineering functions (System, Control, Design, Electrical, Validation, RAMS) and the Digital Services organization, supporting bids, projects, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of providing cybersecurity expertise, conducting deliverable reviews, and deploying training programs, but also act as the local cybersecurity referent for engineering functions.
We’ll look to you for:
Deploying the cybersecurity referential and supporting teams during bids and project execution
Providing technical expertise on cybersecurity to the engineering community
Supporting teams/functions on cybersecurity processes and standards application
Representing Development and Engineering towards the Digital Services organization
Collecting and sharing feedback to sustain and enhance the cybersecurity referential
Delivering cybersecurity awareness and training sessions

Engineering degree (BSc/MSc) in mechanical, electrical, or software engineering
More than 10 years of experience in an automotive, aeronautics, railway, or building sector
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, processes, and standards
Strong communication skills and the ability to coach and train others
Bilingual proficiency in French and English (knowledge of a third language is an asset)
Membership in OIQ (Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec)
Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management

Bilingualism Proficiency in French and English is required. Knowledge of a third language is considered an asset when working with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues, and customers. In Quebec, French remains the primary working language of our company.
