Job Description

14613 - Cybersecurity Awareness Training Coordinator (Onsite) – Plantation, FL
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Required:
  • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Plantation, FL (required);
  • Experience supporting structured training or cybersecurity awareness programs in a corporate environment;
  • Experience with cybersecurity risk research and industry practices;
  • Experience coordinating with cybersecurity SMEs, learning partners, internal teams, and vendors;
  • Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational and execution support for enterprise cybersecurity training and awareness initiatives, including role-based training, phishing simulations, and awareness campaigns;
  • Coordinate training activities with cybersecurity SMEs, learning partners, internal teams, and vendors to ensure successful program delivery;
  • Conduct research on cybersecurity risks and industry practices to support program development;
  • Maintain training materials and documentation in alignment with organizational standards;
  • Track metrics and program effectiveness to support ongoing improvements;
  • Support audit and compliance requirements related to cybersecurity training and awareness programs;
  • Ensure successful delivery of programs aligned with organizational standards;
