ASRC Federal Technology Solutions LLC is looking for an Information System Security Officer with a minimum of an active Secret clearance to support their work with DEVCOM-CBC G6. In this role, you will provide cybersecurity support to the DEVCOM-CBC G6 Cybersecurity Branch, serving as the primary contractor interface between the Mission Support Desk and the Cybersecurity Branch for all cybersecurity-related tickets, requests, and compliance functions. You will apply your knowledge of DoD and Army cybersecurity regulations to triage, analyze, and coordinate resolution of requests requiring Cybersecurity Branch approval, while maintaining a broad portfolio of compliance and accounts management responsibilities across unclassified, classified, and standalone systems.
This is a cybersecurity operations and compliance role embedded within the DEVCOM-CBC G6 Cybersecurity Branch. You will triage cybersecurity help desk tickets routed from the IT Mission Support Center, analyze requests against DoD and Army cybersecurity policy, and coordinate with Cybersecurity Branch staff on resolution and implementation. Your work will span accounts management, workforce compliance, software and hardware assurance, PKI token administration, incident response coordination, and data sanitization, making this a broad and consequential role within the DEVCOM-CBC cybersecurity program.
A typical week involves processing network account creation and deletion requests through the IT ticketing workflow, conducting inactivity and out-processing audits in accordance with Army Regulation 25-2, reviewing new software and hardware assurance submissions, maintaining DoD Cybersecurity Awareness training compliance records, and generating weekly metrics for leadership. You will also serve as the Enhanced Trusted Agent for PKI hardware token issuance to DEVCOM-CBC personnel for classified systems, and provide first-response coordination for Negligent Disclosure of Classified Information incidents in accordance with established SOPs. This role requires someone with a solid grounding in DoD and Army cybersecurity policy who can work independently, manage multiple compliance tracks simultaneously, and communicate clearly with both technical staff and end users.
