Within the Engineering division of Thales Belgium, the Cybersecurity Engineering discipline is responsible for supporting an end-to-end Secure by Design approach in all products, projects and services provided to customers worldwide, as well as leading the technical aspects of cybersecurity-centric activities.
Inside the discipline, the Cybersecurity Architecture team supports the cybersecurity aspects of all solutions throughout the business activities of Thales Belgium and leads the architecture works of cryptography and cybersecurity-centric solutions, in strong cooperation with all engineering disciplines and following a risk-based approach.
As an experienced and dynamicC ybersecurity Architecture Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of cybersecurity architects (Around 10 people, mostly internals), ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, reliable, and secure solutions.
You are also responsible for the respect of the cybersecurity engineering governance, in line with Thales' processes, and will participate to the growth of a broader culture of Secure-by-Design in the company. You will report to the Head of Cybersecurity Engineering.
