What You'll do:

- Define and drive cybersecurity strategies, policies, and control frameworks aligned with organizational objectives and risk appetite.

- Assess the maturity of existing security controls and recommend improvements to processes, technologies, and governance practices.

-Prioritize cybersecurity initiatives and projects based on risk assessments, business criticality, and enterprise-wide impact.

-Design clear and effective security architectures that address identified risks and support secure business transformation.

- Align internal security strategies with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging technology trends.

- Define, implement, and monitor cybersecurity controls to protect the organization's information assets, systems, and services.

- Collaborate with risk management teams to identify, assess, communicate, and prioritize cybersecurity risks.

- Produce technical documentation, risk assessments, reports, and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with new and emerging technologies.

- Support cybersecurity incident management and response activities when required, contributing to the protection and resilience of the organization.

Who You Are:

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- Proven experience in technology and engineering environments, with a strong focus on cybersecurity.

- Experience identifying, assessing, and managing technology and cybersecurity risks across complex environments.

- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, security frameworks, risk management practices, and industry best practices.

- Familiarity with security architecture principles and the ability to translate risks into practical security solutions.

- Experience within the telecommunications sector is considered a strong advantage.

- Strong planning, organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage conflicting priorities, and drive outcomes in dynamic environments.

- Proactive mindset, critical thinking skills, and a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.

- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
