Our Cybersecurity team helps our clients think more broadly about security and move boldly towards new possibilities. We offer our clients an end-to-end portfolio of services across four stages: assess, build,manageand respond. Our focus areas are Cyber Risk Strategy, Digital Identity & Access Management, Data Privacy & Protection, CyberDefence& SOCOptimisation PwC’s Digital Identity & Access Management portfolio spans strategy, implementation, and managed services,providingan opportunity to lead engagements end-to-end — from defining IAM strategies and targeting operating models to implementing enterprise and cloud-based IAM solutions.
About the Role
Deliver Digital Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects withdeepunderstanding of the IAM solutions (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra, CyberArk, Ping, Okta, etc.)
Define IAM strategies and frameworks that support businessobjectivesand align with regulatory requirements
Design, develop and implement secure IAM systems architectures
Design IAM architectures (covering IGA, PIM, SSO/Federation & Directory solutions) and technical designs aligned with enterprise security, Zero Trust, and cloud transformation strategies.
Develop IAM blueprints, technical patterns, and reference architectures integrating modern identity solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Embed IAMsecurity principles into the design of system architectures to mitigate the risks posed bynew technologiesand business practices.
Understand business requirements, gather and translate those into system requirements · Develop identity management governance plans
Understanding of the current regulatory environment and related implications to identity management and security/audit compliance
Identity & Access Governance including Role based access control, access request,certificationand user Lifecycle Management Processes
Customize IDM product functionality to fulfil requirements that cannot be met with standard functionality.
Hands-on experience with programming and scripting languages such as Java and JavaScript, enabling customization and integration of IAM solutions.
Perform routine activities related to theIAMperiodic review and audit activities ofthesystems andmaintaindocumentation of security standards and procedures
Provide solutions for platform stability, functionaldefectsand any new enhancements
Support sales and business development through proposal writing, solution design, and client presentations.
Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering technical depth and delivery excellence.
About you
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent education
Minimum6years of relevant experience with IAM suite (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft, Okta, Pingetc), Virtual Directory, Identity Federation. Hands-on experience with one or more of the following SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, MicrosoftetcEssential Skills:
Professional certifications – Relevant cybersecurity certification, CISSP/CISA/CISM and/or OEM certifications (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft, Okta, Pingetc)
Experience with one or more databases such as Oracle,IBMand MS SQL ·Demonstratedtechnical leadership skills to manage and direct junior level staff
Working knowledge ofRedhat Enterprise Linux, Windows OS
Hands-on on running and developing queries to fetch data in the Production environment ·Demonstratedtrack recordas a team player · Strong oral and written communication skills and analytical skills
