The Opportunity:
This is a temporary, fixed term position
As a Cybersecurity Analyst, Network Security, you will serve as a trusted advisor and independent leader driving the analysis of moderately complex security incidents and technical problems across multiple products within a domain. You will shape stakeholder perspectives, champion accountability as an incident lead or project owner, and foster continuous improvement in security operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Scope & Complexity: Independently manage end-to-end security analysis tasks across various capabilities, navigate intricate stakeholder environments, and handle ambiguous requirements on complex projects.
Accountability & Problem Solving: Lead root cause analysis for security breaches or vulnerabilities, define problem scopes, and deliver comprehensive, well-structured security requirements and designs.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic influencer to manage relationships across diverse functional areas, facilitate workshops, resolve conflicts, and align stakeholder perspectives with project goals.
Impact & Strategy: Translate security requirements into strategic implementation plans aligned with business objectives, shape team processes, and actively contribute to Communities of Practice (CoPs).
Business & Technical Ability: Apply tools, principles, and techniques related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysis to improve overall domain efficiency and security posture.
Who You Are
Experience: Proven track record of independently managing end-to-end security analysis tasks, leading investigations into moderately complex incidents, and successfully stepping into incident lead or project owner roles.
Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships on medium to large engagements, building trust through deep technical and business understanding.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in security domain tools and methodologies, with advanced analytical reasoning skills to identify threats, patterns, and discrepancies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Leadership & Collaboration: Experience mentoring junior colleagues, guiding teams on cybersecurity best practices, and demonstrating strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills across multiple squads.
Organizational Contribution: A proactive approach to identifying process improvements and driving engagement within Communities of Practice (CoPs).
