Job Description

Remitee, a rapidly expanding fintech company specializing in international payments, is seeking a Cybersecurity Analist.

In this role, you will be responsible for securing identities, managing access controls, supporting security operations, and improving automation across a 100% cloud environment, with Microsoft Azure as core technologies. You will work closely with Security, IT, DevOps, and Engineering teams to ensure strong identity governance, secure endpoints, and efficient security processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) using Microsoft Entra ID.

• Manage user lifecycle processes (joiners, movers, leavers), access provisioning, and role assignments.

• Configure and maintain MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, and Zero Trust controls.

• Perform periodic access reviews and support audit and compliance requirements.

• Provide L2/L3 security support for identity, access, and cloud-related incidents.

• Operate and manage security tickets, incidents, and service requests using Jira.

• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts related to identity and access.

• Administer and support endpoint security solutions

• Collaborate with internal teams on incident response, remediation, and security improvements.

• Design and implement automation for IAM and security processes to reduce manual tasks.

• Contribute to the documentation of procedures, playbooks, and operational processes.

• Support and improve cloud security posture in Azure

What We’re Looking For

Must have:

• Proven experience in cybersecurity, IAM, or cloud security roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID.

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure in 100% cloud environments.

• Experience managing access controls, MFA, Conditional Access, and RBAC.

• Experience providing technical security support and handling incidents.

• Practical experience using Jira for ticket and incident management.

• Understanding of identity security, authentication, and authorization concepts.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with CrowdStrike or similar EDR solutions.

• Experience with process automation (PowerShell, APIs, , Python, or similar).

• Familiarity with SIEM, monitoring, and security alerting tools.

• Experience in fintech or regulated environments.

• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST).

• Relevant certifications (SC-300, AZ-500, Security+, or similar)
