Job Description

We are looking for a Cyber Security Program Analyst to join a global cybersecurity transformation program focused on strengthening cyber resilience, IT risk management, and operational resilience across multiple international entities.

You will be part of a Group Cyber Security team responsible for driving cybersecurity maturity, aligning security practices, and supporting compliance with internal frameworks and regulatory requirements. Working in a highly international environment, you will collaborate with cybersecurity experts, risk professionals, and stakeholders from different business areas and countries.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity, IT Risk Management, and Governance.
  • Ability to analyze data and assess compliance against security frameworks.
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI and SQL is a plus.
  • Fluent English; French is an advantage.
  • Support the execution of cybersecurity maturity assessments across assigned entities.
  • Guide stakeholders through cybersecurity requirements and evidence collection processes.
  • Review and validate submitted evidence against defined assessment standards.
  • Communicate framework updates, remediation actions, and assessment outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between central IT teams and local entities.
  • Maintain assessment documentation and contribute to management reporting and dashboards.
  • Support the improvement of methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Contribute to strategic cybersecurity and resilience initiatives.
