CyberProgram Analyst

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a professional to support and assess cybersecurity maturity across international entities, ensuring compliance with Group Cyber Security standards, IT risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in driving cyber resilience, evaluating security controls, and contributing to the continuous improvement of cybersecurity governance across the organization.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

Deploy the maturity evaluation process on the entities of your perimeter.
Help the entities understand the requirements and delivers the required evidences.
Evaluate the entities evidences submission in coherence with the assessments of the other entities
Communicate and inform the entities of all changes impacting them.
Facilitate the relationship between the Group IT providers and the entities.
Document the results of the assessments answering the reporting requested by the Governance of the program.
Develop internal projects to enhance the Cyber Program evaluation process.

Your Key Skills

Cybersecurity Maturity Assessment.
IT Security Frameworks and Compliance.
Operational Resilience and Continuity.

Your Main Qualifications

Knowledge of IT Continuity and Backup Management, including DORA requirements.
Understanding of Cryptography concepts, including key and certificate management.
Knowledge of Network Security principles, including micro-segmentation and architecture hardening.
Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST or equivalent.
General understanding of IT, Cybersecurity processes and regulatory frameworks.
Knowledge and awareness of IT Risk Management.
Strong analytical and assessment capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English.
Fluency in French is a plus.
