Job Description


As a CyberArk PAM Engineer, You Will:

  • Manage, maintain, and support CyberArk Core PAS components including Password Vault, PVWA, PSM, CPM, and PSMP.

  • Perform CyberArk platform administration, configuration, monitoring, and operational support activities.

  • Execute CyberArk version upgrades, patching, and platform maintenance activities.

  • Onboard and manage privileged accounts across Windows, Linux, Database, and application environments.

  • Configure and support application and service account onboarding within enterprise PAM environments.

  • Manage safe administration, password management, and privileged session management activities.

  • Support privileged access governance, account lifecycle management, and operational security best practices.

  • Integrate CyberArk solutions with enterprise infrastructure and authentication environments.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve CyberArk platform, onboarding, and operational issues efficiently.

  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, database, and application teams for privileged access implementation and support.

  • Support operational documentation, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies, governance standards, and audit requirements.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 6–8 years of experience in CyberArk administration, implementation, and PAM operations.

  • Strong hands-on expertise with CyberArk Core PAS components including PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, and Password Vault.

  • Experience performing CyberArk platform upgrades, maintenance, and operational support activities.

  • Hands-on experience onboarding privileged accounts across Windows, Linux, databases, and enterprise applications.

  • Strong understanding of privileged account management, password rotation, and session management practices.

  • Experience supporting application and service account onboarding within enterprise PAM environments.

  • Familiarity with enterprise authentication, access management, and security best practices.

  • Experience working with databases including Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, and MySQL.

  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work effectively within enterprise security and infrastructure environments.

You Should Possess the Ability To:

  • Manage and support enterprise-scale CyberArk PAM environments efficiently.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve privileged access and platform-related issues proactively.

  • Support secure onboarding and lifecycle management of privileged accounts.

  • Collaborate effectively with security, infrastructure, database, and application teams.

  • Ensure operational stability, compliance, and security best practices across PAM environments.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to PAM operations and automation.

  • Adapt quickly to evolving enterprise security requirements and operational priorities.

  • Maintain high standards of documentation, governance, and operational excellence.
