Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CyberArk L3 support engineer to design, deploy, configure, and implement our leading Privilege Access Management (PAM) solution according to customer requirements. As an expert in deploying PAM solutions, your main responsibility will be to lead CyberArk solution deployments to meet customer needs.

• Should have minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 5 years of experience as a L3 resource.
• Provide level 3 support for Saviynt IGA platform, resolving complex issues escalated from L1 & L2 support teams.
• Have good knowledge on CyberArk PAM architecture with hands on experience in Core PAS Vault, DR, CPM,PVWA, PSM, PSMP, HTML5 GW, AAM and PTA implementation .
• Understand the client requirement, design, integrate the solution and configure the CyberArk PAM product to meet client business needs.
• Design, deploy, implement, and integrate CyberArk PAM solution with critical applications and infrastructure.
• Must have experience in implementing CyberArk PAM integrated with various target applications like Active Directory, Network Devices, Azure, ServiceNow, Database, SAP etc.
• Should have experience in Webservices REST and SOAP. Also, should have expertise in designing API calls (postman) for various REST applications to integrate with CyberArk for Automation.
• Need to actively participate in all customer calls and address all issues raised by customer.
• Should be interactive with CyberArk vendor on calls to fix/resolve the issues.
• Skills: AutoIT, PACLI, PUU, REST API, EVD, Linux /Unix Commands, Windows Troubleshooting, Networking Concepts.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in PAM Domain.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CyberArk product including Privilege Cloud platform.
• Strong CyberArk hands-on experience including advanced CyberArk modules like PSM, PSMP, and AIM/AAM/Conjur, EPM.
• Strong experience with CyberArk utilities and their usage – PUU, PACLI and EVD.
• Develop and customize CyberArk PSM connectors and CPM Plugins to align with specific business requirements and integration needs.
• Familiarity with CyberArk configuration files, logs files, access control and user management.
• Experience in working with CyberArk support.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft AD (Active Directory) knowledge and experience.
• Strong Privileged Access Management solutions knowledge and experience.
• Good knowledge of Identity and Access Management technology solutions and processes.
• Basic understanding of the main network protocols (IPv4/IPv6/TCP/UDP/DNS/SMPT)
• A good knowledge of Azure environment for managing/troubleshooting CyberArk components on Azure.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders from Security, Operations, Application Owners, and Service Providers on deployment activities and enhancing the PAM solution.
• Good understanding of operating systems, database concepts, and other potential targets or endpoints for a typical PAM solution.
• Good presentation and documentation skills.
