Job Description


As a CyberArk Engineer, you will:

  • Configure, integrate, and support the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.

  • Manage and administer CyberArk Core PAS components, including Vault, CPM, PSM, PSMP, CP, and CCP.

  • Enable and secure privileged access for personal and non-personal accounts, including service accounts.

  • Perform CyberArk component upgrades, disaster recovery (DR), failover, and failback activities.

  • Onboard Windows, SSH, database, and web application accounts into the CyberArk platform.

  • Troubleshoot PAM-related technical issues, custom connectors, and user onboarding challenges.

  • Contribute to PAM architecture decisions and continuously improve the privileged access environment.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure and efficient privileged access management.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 6+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM).

  • Strong hands-on expertise with CyberArk Core PAS components: Vault, CPM, PSM, PSMP, CP, and CCP.

  • Experience configuring and supporting CyberArk across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.

  • Hands-on experience with component version upgrades, DR failover, and failback activities.

  • Experience onboarding Windows, SSH, database, web application, and service accounts.

  • Expertise in troubleshooting CyberArk custom connectors and resolving PAM-related issues.

  • CyberArk Sentry or CDE certification.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Good understanding of CyberArk PTA (HTML5), AAM integrations, and API automation is an added advantage.

You should possess the ability to:

  • Design, configure, and maintain secure privileged access management solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex CyberArk infrastructure and integration issues.

  • Manage privileged identities and secure access across enterprise environments.

  • Execute CyberArk upgrades, disaster recovery, and high availability activities.

  • Integrate CyberArk with enterprise applications and infrastructure.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

  • Communicate technical concepts effectively and provide operational support.
