THE WORK
As a Systems Engineer - Senior Level, you will be responsible for Innovating RF signal processing applications, facilitating the integration of new and legacy software across a variety of hardware form factors, implementing comprehensive Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) solutions, establishing a process to formally and proactively control and manage changes to requirements, gain stakeholder buy-in, eliminate ambiguity, ensure traceability to source requirements, and track and settle open actions, and developing scenarios (threads) and an Operational Concept describing the interactions between the system, the user, and the environment, that satisfy operational, support, maintenance, and disposal needs. Implementing operational, technical standards, and system and services views for architecture using applicable Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) standards, conducting quantitative analysis in non-functional system performance areas like Reliability, Maintainability, Vulnerability, Survivability, Producibility. Assessing each risk to the program and determine the probability of occurrence and quantified consequence of failure in accordance with an approved risk management plan, providing technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of specific components of complex hardware/software systems, comprehensive, and complete, supporting the planning and test analysis of the DoD Certification/Accreditation Process (as well as other Government Cert).

The program is on fire for cyber. In support of our customer, members of the team are responsible for providing full lifecycle support including analysis, design, development, integration, testing, procurement, deployment, security, training and sustainment for collection and antenna systems.

Responsible for applying an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, validate and verify Cyber solutions across the lifecycle. Conduct cyber risk assessment activities including threat modeling, vulnerability analysis and analysis of mitigation solutions. Coordinates and addresses Supply Chain risk management concerns. Develop, evaluate and analyze design constraints, trade-offs and detailed system and security design as they pertain to the Cyber domain. Coordinate with Cyber and system architects and developers to provide oversight in the development of solutions. Conduct cybersecurity test and evaluation of hardware and/or software designs to verify and validate compliance with defined specifications and requirements. Employs cyber security processes, methods, techniques and tools and assure their consistent application.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
• Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar project management tools
• Experience with Agile framework (Scrum, etc.)
• 14 years of experience as a Systems Engineer in medium-scale (20-100 people) or larger programs or contracts
• Proficiency with Cameo/MagicDraw, Rhapsody, or similar SysML tools
• INCOSE ASEP or similar systems engineering certification
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $166900.00 - $309900.00
