🎯 What we expect from you:

Essential:

• Experience in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, IT Strategy, or Digital Transformation projects.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, or COBIT).
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements relevant to cybersecurity (e.g., DORA, GDPR, NIS2 Directive).
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to assess complex environments and provide actionable insights.
• Experience managing projects, timelines, and deliverables in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• EU residency.

Desirable:

• Proficiency in cybersecurity tools, methodologies, and technologies (e.g., vulnerability management tools, SIEM, IAM).
• Proficiency in German (both written and spoken) to support engagements with German-speaking clients.
• NATO clearance
• Relevant certifications, such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISSP, CISM) or equivalent.
• Experience working within financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries.
• Exposure to emerging technologies and their associated risks (e.g., IoT, AI/ML).

Your future role

As a Cyber Strategy & Transformation Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will work within a team of experienced professionals to support clients in defining and achieving their cybersecurity goals. This includes developing cyber strategies, embedding leading practices, addressing regulatory requirements, and transforming their cybersecurity capabilities. You will have the opportunity to shape how organizations protect their critical assets, manage emerging threats, and align cybersecurity initiatives with their overarching business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

You’ll contribute to delivering high-value client-facing projects across various industries, including:

• Cyber Strategy Development: Collaborating with clients to design and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies aligned with their business objectives and risk appetite.
• Regulatory and Compliance Support: Assisting clients in meeting cybersecurity-related regulatory requirements (e.g., NIS2, DORA, GDPR) and aligning with leading practices and standards, including ISO 27001 and NIST CSF.
• Cyber Maturity and Transformation: Conducting maturity assessments, identifying improvement areas, and supporting the implementation of programs to transform cyber capabilities.
• Risk Management: Supporting clients in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating cyber risks associated with people, processes, and technology.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Building trusted client relationships, facilitating workshops, delivering presentations, and providing actionable recommendations tailored to client needs.
• Collaboration with Teams: Working alongside internal teams and client stakeholders to align cybersecurity initiatives with enterprise risk management and broader business strategies.
• Incident Preparedness and Response: Contributing to the development and testing of incident response plans, ensuring adequate preparation for potential cyber events.
