Job Description

As a Cyber Security Specialist, you will:

Manage and enhance the Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned with ISO 27001/27002 standards.
Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks, including maintaining BIV classifications and Business Impact Analyses.
Support audit preparation, track improvements, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and regulations (including NIS2).
Advise stakeholders and management on effective risk mitigation strategies and security measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity into business continuity and operational processes.
Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, documentation, and annual security plans.

What You Bring to the Table:

5+ years of experience in information security and cybersecurity, especially in critical/operational environments.
Strong knowledge of ISO 27001/27002 and OT security standards such as ISA/IEC 62443.
Experience with NIS2 directive and regulatory compliance.
Solid understanding of risk management, ISMS, and business continuity planning.
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Analyze complex security challenges and provide practical, risk-based solutions.
Work independently and proactively in managing security initiatives.
Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure compliance, governance, and documentation of security processes.
Drive awareness and continuous improvement in cybersecurity practices.
