Cybersecurity Analyst

Location: Ft. Belvoir, VA

Clearance Required: Active Top Secret/SCI

Leidos is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to support the TENCAP program at Ft. Belvoir, VA, providing critical Information Assurance expertise across the GRIDS IV system. This role is essential to ensuring that system design, deployment, integration, and operations meet all required security, accreditation, and compliance standards. The selected analyst will directly support the management and sustainment of 10+ accreditation packages and play a key role in the program’s overall cybersecurity posture.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as a Cybersecurity Analyst for the GRIDS IV contract, supporting mission‑critical IA activities.
  • Conduct accreditation, cybersecurity analysis, and assessment tasks in accordance with applicable cybersecurity regulations and guidance.
  • Perform expert risk analysis on current and future system configurations, architectures, and operating environments.
  • Develop and deliver recommendations for cybersecurity improvements, mitigation strategies, and optimization opportunities.
  • Advise program leadership on cybersecurity risks, tradeoffs, and operational impacts.
  • Maintain deep familiarity with associated technologies, system components, and technical programs.

What You’ll Need

  • Current Top Secret/SCI security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
  • 8–12 years of relevant experience, including support to DoD acquisition programs or projects.
  • 3+ years of experience applying the Risk Management Framework (ICD 503) for accreditation of DoD or Intelligence Community IT systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity analysis, accreditation processes, compliance systems, and RMF execution.
  • CISSP or other relevant cybersecurity certification

Pay Range:

Pay Range $107,900.00 - $195,050.00
