We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Project Manager with a strong background in ISO 27001 implementation and other related information security standards. The ideal candidate will lead, plan, and execute cybersecurity and compliance projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, client expectations, and international best practices. This role requires exceptional project management expertise combined with deep technical understanding of information security frameworks and governance.
Lead and manage end-to-end cybersecurity and compliance projects, including ISO 27001 implementation and certification.
Develop, maintain, and enhance the Information Security Management System (ISMS) to ensure compliance with ISO and related standards.
Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses, and internal audits to identify and address vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to maintain ongoing compliance and certification readiness.
Define project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in alignment with client SLAs and business objectives.
Ensure all cybersecurity initiatives are properly documented, communicated, and executed according to governance and quality standards.
Provide guidance and training to staff on cybersecurity policies, frameworks, and best practices.
Education: Bachelors degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including proven experience in implementing and managing ISO 27001 and other similar standards (e.g., ISO 22301, ISO 20000, NIST, COBIT).
Certifications (preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of information security governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
