We are currently seeking for an enthusiastic team player with great organizational skills and a well-rounded personality to become part of our dynamic Ethical Hacking Team The team is part of a European network, where brilliant colleagues collaborate across Deloitte locations, to deliver services to our clients both in Greece and abroad.

#YourRole
As a Cyber Security Project Management Officer (PMO), you will play a crucial role in our team by coordinating and overseeing various cyber security projects for our domestic and international clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Project Coordination Collaborate with the team leads to assist in planning, executing, invoicing and monitoring cyber security projects. Help in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Resource Planning Coordinate with team members to allocate resources effectively and ensure all projects have a smooth start through well-organized kickoff meetings.
• Proposal Development and Administrative Tasks Support the development of project proposals and assist in administrative tasks such as documentation collection and other project-related requirements.
• Project Status Tracking Keep a close eye on project progress, monitor milestones, and maintain records of pending reviews, start/end dates, and other essential project details.
• Client Communication Act as a liaison and the primary point of contact for clients, handling communication regarding project deliverables, pending items, and addressing any planning issues that may arise.
• Final QA Proofing for Deliverables Perform thorough quality assurance checks on project deliverables to ensure they meet our high standards before sending them to clients.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in red teaming / penetration testing / related project coordination.
• Great organizational skills and ability to manage and keep track several projects at the same time.
• Experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
• Consultant mindset, commitment to teamwork, and ability to build strong client relationships.
• Strong communication skills (in Greek and in English).
• Ability to maintain professionalism and always strive for high ethical standards.

Ideally

• Military obligations fulfilled where applicable.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
