LOCATION Full-time, onsite in Chantilly, VA
We are looking for a Cyber Security Project Engineer with strong expertise in social media platform behavior, fraud‑detection evasion, and advanced cyber operations. You will leverage deep knowledge of internet protocols, virtual machines, and emulators while mitigating geolocation and platform‑level detection risks.

Key Responsibilities
In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:
- Using social media platforms and an understanding of how these platforms operate, to include use of fraud detection techniques.
- Advanced cyber operations to include knowledge of internet protocols, IP addressing, and use of virtual machines and emulators.
- Working to mitigate the impact of geolocation and fraud detection on operations.
- Detailed knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) related to cybersecurity, to include ICD 503.
- Using critical thinking skills to innovate and resolve issues.
- Securely working with and designing websites and an understanding of the risks and proper use of encryption technologies as well as commercial messaging applications.
Highly Desired Qualifications
Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:
- Developing methods to harden Sponsor processes and procedures against security threats.
- Working to execute Sponsor mission and working successfully and collaboratively with Sponsor elements and components.
- Knowledge of Sponsor documentation
- Foreign language capability in Arabic, Swahili, French, Pashto, Russian, Turkish, or Somali.
