• Education Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• Experience 5 to 8 years of related experience with complex systems and procedures.
• Certifications ISO, PCI DSS, Cyber Essentials +, and NIST.
• Technical Skills Expertise in cyber security best practices and standards (e.g., NCSC, CIS, NIST).
• Security Solutions Experience in designing secure solutions including firewalls, endpoint security, data loss protection, CSOC services, cloud security, and more.
• Core Technologies Familiarity with technologies like Alien Vault, Azure Sentinel, Splunk, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Dell Cyber Recovery Vaults, Sophos, and others.
• Key Behaviors Customer-focused, influencing and negotiating, results orientation, continuous improvement, strategic planning, attention to detail, and people leadership.
• Soft Skills Strong planning and organizing, stakeholder management, initiative, problem-solving, decision-making, team orientation, listening, and communicating.
