Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead and delegate technical tasks while promoting team collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Provide technical training and support skill development within the team
• Manage and improve Network and Security services, ensuring system availability and reliability
• Drive automation and implement best practices to enhance efficiency
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve high severity incidents promptly
• Assess technology changes for potential risks and support problem management
• Collaborate with architects, project teams, and service managers on technology roadmaps and projects
• Ensure production readiness and smooth deployment of new solutions
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to recommend improvements
• Support recruitment and mentor technical staff
• Manage client relationships, focusing on planning, risk mitigation, and service quality

Legal and Compliance:

• Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal policies, including Singapore compliance requirements and financial security mandates
• Maintain necessary knowledge and certifications for the role
• Complete all mandatory training to sustain competence

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & Systems Analysis, or related discipline
• 15+ years managing network and security infrastructure
• 10+ years leading major network security projects such as SDWAN, ACI, and Nexus
• Extensive experience with Firewalls, IPS, F5, Pulse, Proxies, Routers, and Switches
• Extensive experience with Cisco (ACI, Nexus, Catalyst, DNAC, ISE, iOS, NXOS) and Arista (Switches, EOS)
• Strong knowledge of Fortinet, F5 (LTM, ASM, APM, TMOS), Checkpoint, and Trendmicro security solutions
• Skilled in Infoblox (DNS, DHCP), Skyhigh Proxy, and Ivanti
  Remote Access
• Proficient with scripting and automation using Python, Bash, and Ansible
• Experienced with network monitoring tools like Wireshark, Tshark, and Netflow
