This is a permanent opportunity for someone who already has strong IAM capability and is ready to step into a role with end-to-end ownership of critical cyber security platforms and controls. This role is hands on, practical and designed for someone who wants ownership and real business impact.

From day one, you’ll be building a deep understanding of Youi’s IAM environments, systems and policies, while working closely with IT Operations, Architecture, Service Desk and Cyber Security stakeholders in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Own and enhance Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities across Youis entire system and application environment ensuring alignment with best practice and security controls
• Configure, maintain and continuously improve security platforms including Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, Defender, SIEM, DLP and cloud security (Azure/O365)
• Analyse log sources and integrate with SIEM to strengthen SOC monitoring and incident detection capability
• Develop, document and maintain SOPs, secure configuration standards and operational processes across cyber platforms
• Identify security gaps, define requirements and deliver practical improvements across IAM and broader security capabilities

What great looks like

• Proven experience in cybersecurity operations, supported by a strong conceptual understanding of architecture and design principles, along with hands-on IAM expertise in Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Deep knowledge across identity concepts including authentication, authorisation, SSO, MFA, PAM, identity governance and Zero Trust principles
• Strong technical capability across Microsoft security stack (Defender, Entra ID Protection, O365 security)
• A collaborative, ownership-driven working style with the ability to engage stakeholders and vendors effectively
• Ability to manage competing priorities, translate technical detail into clear reporting and continuously drive improvement
