About the Role

As a Cybersecurity Manager, you will lead and drive cybersecurity strategy and implementation across cutting-edge AWD and eDrive systems, ensuring compliance with global automotive standards and protecting next-generation vehicle technologies.

🔐 What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end cybersecurity management for AWD/eDrive projects in line with ISO/SAE 21434
  • Analyse and interpret customer cybersecurity requirements
  • Develop and maintain Cybersecurity Plans with internal teams and suppliers
  • Drive Threat Analysis & Risk Assessment (TARA) and cybersecurity concept development
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on implementation, validation, and verification
  • Align cybersecurity requirements across customers, internal teams, and suppliers
  • Support production to ensure cybersecurity concepts are successfully realized
  • Build and maintain the Cybersecurity Case (ISO/SAE 21434 compliance)
  • Monitor and report cybersecurity status to internal & external stakeholders
  • Manage cybersecurity vulnerabilities and incident response (including post-SOP)
  • Work closely with Project Management, Quality, and Functional Safety teams

✅ What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Electronics, or related field
  • Proven experience in automotive cybersecurity or embedded software development
  • Strong expertise in Threat Analysis & Risk Assessment (TARA)
  • In-depth knowledge of:
    • ISO/SAE 21434 (mandatory)
    • * UNECE R155 / R156 regulations
  • Solid understanding of:
    • Cryptography (PKI, HSMs, signatures, security protocols)
  • Experience in automotive cybersecurity incident response
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
