We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Engineer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the protection and integrity of our clients IT infrastructure by managing security operations, conducting threat hunting, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing activities. This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong technical background and a proactive approach to cybersecurity.
Lead and execute security operations to detect, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity incidents.
Perform threat hunting and proactively identify potential security risks within the IT environment.
Conduct vulnerability management, ensuring timely identification and remediation of security gaps.
Carry out penetration testing and provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
Implement and maintain security tools and frameworks to enhance the organizations cybersecurity posture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with Security Level Agreements (SLAs) and client requirements.
Support the design and enforcement of security policies, standards, and procedures.
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, including security operations, threat hunting, vulnerability management, and penetration testing.
Certifications (preferred): CISSP, CEH, OSCP, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of network security, cloud security, and incident response frameworks.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Location: Doha, Qatar
Nationality: Open to all nationalities (flexible)
Project Duration: Dependent on the contract secured with the potential client (typically a minimum of 1 year or longer)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (subject to change based on project scope and client SLA)
Working Days: As per client and project requirements
