Cyber Security Engagement Director / Project Manager

A leading technology enterprise in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Engagement Director / Project Manager to lead strategic cyber security engagements, drive business growth, and manage executive stakeholder relationships across large-scale enterprise environments.
This role requires a commercially driven cyber security leader with deep experience managing enterprise cyber programs, influencing C-level stakeholders, and delivering measurable business outcomes through strong governance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Stakeholder Management & Strategy Alignment
Build and maintain trusted relationships with CIO, CISO, and senior business stakeholders.
Align cyber security initiatives with enterprise roadmaps, risk appetite, and strategic business priorities.
Lead executive-level discussions connecting cyber security outcomes to business value including resilience, compliance, productivity, uptime, and risk reduction.
Act as the primary escalation and engagement lead for customer security services.
Cyber Security Services Growth Leadership
Drive sustained growth across cyber security services portfolios through account planning, pipeline generation, opportunity qualification, deal shaping, and conversion.
Own commercial outcomes including revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, profitability, and value realization.
Identify whitespace opportunities and lead expansions, renewals, and strategic growth initiatives.
Create executive-ready governance reporting and business performance dashboards.
Cyber Security Portfolio Positioning
Engage with customer technical leadership teams including CISO organizations, security architects, and domain leaders.
Position comprehensive cyber security solutions across:

Collaborate with SMEs to create differentiated customer propositions aligned with measurable business KPIs.
Engagement Delivery & Governance
Lead end-to-end cyber security engagements across solutioning, transition, implementation, operations, and steady-state delivery.
Manage multi-tower and globally distributed delivery models.
Establish strong governance frameworks including steering committees, operational reviews, escalation management, risk tracking, dependency management, and continual improvement initiatives.
Ensure predictable delivery performance and high customer satisfaction.

Required Experience & Skills
Essential Skills
10+ years of experience driving cyber security services growth within enterprise environments.
Proven background in managed services, consulting, cyber transformation, or systems integration.
Strong executive stakeholder management experience with CISO/CxO leadership teams.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale cyber security engagements across implementation and operations.
Strong governance, escalation management, and operational leadership capabilities.
