Cyber Security Consultant
Salary range: £46,000 to £60,000 per annum (depending on capability and experience)
Location: Portsmouth, Bristol, Plymouth
Working Pattern: We operate a flexible hybrid working pattern at Frazer-Nash, with time split between the office, client sites and working from home.

The Cyber Security Group delivers projects, varying in nature and size, to multiple interesting and challenging domains including Transport & Industry, UK Government Critical National Infrastructure and National Security and Defence.

Information Security - Identification and management of security risks to Business Information within Complex Systems.
Cyber Security - Identification and management of security risks to Information Technology, Operational Technology and supporting processes.
Resilience - plan, manage and recover from adverse events that may compromise a Business or System.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Essential
Have an understanding of the various approaches required to carry out security risk assessment and management assignments in complex environments.
Hold appropriate qualifications, e.g. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) / Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) / Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in these areas.
Have experience working in a client facing role.
Desirable
Experience/knowledge and practical application of Secure by Design recognised approaches.
Experience/knowledge of the GOV ASSURE scheme would be advantageous.
Experience/knowledge and practical application of ISO27000 / NIST family is highly desirable.
Experience/knowledge and practical application of Secure by Design recognised approaches.
Experience in defence, MOD or nuclear programmes.
Familiarity with classified information handling environments.
Experience working across multi-partner delivery environments.
Due to the nature of the work that Frazer-Nash Consultancy undertake, candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment screening and must be able to satisfy clearance criteria for UK National Security Vetting
