Job Description

• Lead the implementation of advanced cybersecurity technologies and projects to ensure a secure and resilient digital infrastructure.
• Drive execution of security initiatives aligned with business objectives, ensuring timely delivery of critical projects.
• Oversee Security Operations Center (SOC) functions, ensuring 24/7 monitoring, threat detection, and rapid incident response.
• Act as Incident Manager for major cybersecurity events, leading root cause analysis, mitigation, and recovery with minimal business impact.
• Identify and manage vulnerabilities across systems, applications, databases, and networks, ensuring timely remediation.
• Manage and optimize enterprise security tools (e.g., SIEM, DLP, PAM, IPS) to ensure high availability and effective threat monitoring.
• Conduct threat intelligence, penetration testing, and proactive risk assessments to strengthen overall security posture.
• Lead internal and external security audits, ensuring timely closure of audit findings, VAPT observations, and compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of cybersecurity capabilities through governance, reporting, and alignment with global standards.
• Promote a strong cybersecurity culture by leading awareness programs, phishing simulations, and innovative customer-facing security initiatives.

Academic Qualification

• BSc in Computer Science / Communication Engineering /Computer Engineering
• Certifications like ISO lead auditor, CCNP and cloud certifications [Good to have]

Job Experience Required

• 8-10 years of relevant experience

Required Capabilities

• Sound knowledge of cyber vulnerability, threat intelligence, and its different mitigation strategies
• Sound knowledge and experience of penetration testing
• Knowledge and experience of threat hunting using related scripting and tools
• Knowledge of telecom Network and Security systems will be added advantage
• Knowledge on AD, Linux/Unix/Windows OS
• Practical knowledge in Network and Security
• Hands on knowledge on common security tools not limited to SIEM, PAM
