Join TecAlliance as a Cyber Security Architect (m/f/d) to build and lead our Security Architecture function, defining how security is engineered into our future-ready, evergreen product landscape. As part of a global, cross-functional environment, you will bridge security and development to turn security-by-design into a company-wide default.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain effective cyber security architectures and target security roadmaps.

  • Perform threat- and risk analysis to identify and mitigate security issues before they come into existence.

  • Write security concepts to make sure no security aspect is overlooked.

  • Evaluate security tools, technologies and controls to enhance the security posture of TecAlliance’s products effectively.

  • Suggest, challenge, and discuss architectural decisions with software development.

  • Collaborate with different teams within TecAlliance as well as with external partners to find the best solutions to thrive our business.

  • Stay on top of emerging threats, technologies and regulatory changes.

Your Profile:
  • Degree in IT, Information Security or equivalent education.

  • Multiple years of experience in a security architecture role (at least 4 years) and as a software developer.

  • Experience in project coordination or management role.

  • Expertise in Risk & Threat Analysis Methodologies.

  • Experience in penetration testing.

  • English language proficiency (B2 level or higher), German language would be a big plus.

💪 Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.

Location-independency/flexibility:

💯 Hybrid Remote: we work mostly remotely within Germany and you can work from anywhere within the country; however we have regular onsite days depending on your location (we have several offices in Germany) and agreements within the team, with some occasional international travel (about once or twice a year).

🚀 Structured Onboarding: you receive an individual onboarding plan, have multiple onboarding days in the beginning, and a wealth of e-learning, training, and documentation besides your team at your disposal.

👩‍💻 Set-up: notebook, headset and mouse will be provided, other equipment upon request/need.

🏖 Vacation: 30 days a year.
