Role: Cyber Security Architect

As a Cyber Security Architect, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and managing cybersecurity strategies to protect the company’s systems, networks, and data from both external and internal threats. You will ensure that all new initiatives are secure by design and that our infrastructure evolves towards a robust Zero Trust model This role requires strong expertise in security technologies, regulatory frameworks, and cybersecurity best practices.

What You Will Do

• Design security solutions to protect company systems and data, embedding Security-by-Design principles from the earliest project stages
• Identify vulnerabilities in existing systems and define remediation or mitigation actions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed security best practices into business processes
• Support security incident management
• Contribute to application security management
• Define and update policies in line with current regulations (e.g., NIS2, GDPR) and industry standards
• Promote internal training and awareness initiatives on cybersecurity
• Stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity trends, continuously updating strategies and technical skills to address evolving threats

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in roles such as Cyber Security Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Solution Architect
• Advanced knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, cryptography, and security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles
• Knowledge of application security practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

What We Offer

• Permanent contract
• Starting salary from €40,000 (CCNL Radio & Private TV), with final compensation tailored to experience and skills

Hybrid Working
