Risk Control, Underwriting
1
As a Cyber Risk Services Manager at Travelers Europe, you'll be at the heart of our cyber insurance offering — assessing the Cyber security position, risk management practices, and business continuity of clients ranging from small businesses to large corporates. Working closely with our underwriting teams, you'll deliver clear, credible risk opinions that directly inform decisions and strengthen client relationships. You'll conduct assessments, produce structured reports, and draw on a deep knowledge of claims trends and loss drivers. Beyond the day-to-day, you'll help shape how we use data and audit findings to bring greater value to clients, improve retention, and evolve the Risk Control function strategically.
We’re looking for a technically strong Cyber IT professional who can audit a client's cyber environment and have a genuine, peer-level conversation about their risks and investments. You’ll present with confidence in both one-on-one settings and at conferences, and know how to collaborate across teams. In this role you will be hands on with risk assessment but also work strategically with our Head of Cyber Insurance to find ways to improve data or consider new approaches to assessment. If you've worked in a technical advisory capacity at a broker, a carrier, or a reinsurer, we'd particularly like to hear from you.
Travelers Europe currently offers flexibility to employees who wish to work on a hybrid basis in accordance with our Hybrid Work Arrangements Policy. This entails full time employees working three days a week in the office and two days at home (or pro rata for part-time employees). This policy may be changed at the Company’s discretion.
