  Location: Cape Town, South Africa (Remote/ Hybrid/Office-Based options)
  Salary: R25 000 - R35 000 + Excellent Commission Structure
  Contract: Full-time via our South African EOR service

  What You'll Be Doing;

  • Partnering with fast-growth cybersecurity and AI scale-ups across the UK, US & Europe
  • Owning client relationships with founders and C-level executives
  • Designing custom, high-impact hiring strategies that solve real-world hiring pain points
  • Driving delivery using our premium tech stack, marketing engine, and deep niche talent pools
  • Becoming a trusted advisor to some of the world's most disruptive tech companies

  You'll Thrive Here If You

  • Have 5+ years of recruitment experience ( in tech, digital, cybersecurity, or sales)
  • Are ambitious, articulate, and hungry for more than the status quo
  • Know how to build meaningful relationships and deliver value beyond the CV
  • Are self-managed, highly motivated, and want to be part of something different
  • Live in Cape Town (or plan to relocate) and have a stable home office setup
