of our role

Join Jemena's Digital team as a Project Manager and lead technology initiatives that deliver real value to our business and customers. Your initial focus will be two strategic cyber security and compliance programs that will strengthen Jemena's security posture, privacy obligations and data governance capabilities.

Working closely with business leaders, product owners and delivery teams, you'll guide projects from initiation through to delivery, bringing people together, managing priorities and ensuring quality, governance and compliance outcomes. You'll lead a high-performing team and play a key role in delivering meaningful digital transformation across Jemena.

What You'll Bring

  • Successfully delivered technology projects from initiation through to implementation.
  • Builds trusted relationships and collaborates effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Balances multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on quality, outcomes and customer value.
  • Confidently leads project planning, governance, risk management and compliance activities.
  • Supports teams to succeed through clear communication, organisation and shared accountability.
  • Experience using Microsoft and Atlassian tools to deliver projects and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications / Certifications & Experience

  • Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in project delivery, digital or technology environments.
  • Experience leading multiple projects and bringing people together to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
  • Creates positive team environments through coaching, collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Adaptable and curious, with a growth mindset and enthusiasm for new ways of working.
  • Comfortable navigating change, balancing priorities and making informed decisions in dynamic environments.
